Atlee & Salman Khan’s period drama to be made against a Rs 500 Cr budget? Actor to lose weight for A6

Following his successful collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan, Atlee is now gearing up to direct Salman Khan in his next project, tentatively titled A6. The film is currently in the pre-production phase and is expected to commence filming by the summer of 2026. In a previous interview, Atlee assured that the film would be an exhilarating experience for all Salmanfans.

According to reliable sources, A6 is set to be a grand cinematic spectacle with a staggering budget of Rs. 500 crores. Atlee aims to craft a unique and immersive world unlike anything seen before. A source close to the development informed Bollywood Hungama, stating, “A6 is a period drama with reincarnation elements, and Atlee is planning to create a never-seen-before world with the film. Salman is also excited to explore something fresh with Atlee and is all charged up to lose weight too, as A6 requires him to have a certain kind of physique.”
